Here is your twelfth weekly BeastDays Challenge! Every Wednesday a new virtual BeastWOD drops! Have fun with these weekly challenges!

This week, Step 1: Weekly Movement

For your weekly movement, complete the equivalent of a 5K or 30 minutes total of movement however you would like – running, rucking, walking, hiking, rowing etc

Steps 2: Special WOD

25x Dips
25x Push Ups
50x Crabs to Planks to the Right
50x Crabs to Planks to the Left

Breakdown: While sitting, stand up and push off your dominant side. Sit back, and repeat using your non-dominant side. Repeat!
Modified: To scale, in the Crab Walk position, sit on butt and roll over onto your knees. No weird cat included. To increase difficulty, increase Dips and Push Ups to 50 each and when doing crabs to planks, keep your legs together in a strict plank. Consider all adding extra weird cats to increase difficulty.
