BeastDays #16 Matthew’s GardenWOD

Step #1: Weekly locomotive Movement.

This week, get in 30 minutes of locomotive movement in whatever way you want. Run, walk, ruck, hike, up to you as long as it is 30 minutes

Step #2

5 rounds
15x Grasspickers
10x (each arm) High Plank Reach-outs
10x Weighted Bucket Squats
10x (each arm) High Plank Renegade Rows
10x (each leg) Farmer carry Lunges

Breakdown: Get your movement in, then do 5 rounds of work outside.

Tools Needed: 1x weighted bucket, 2x Farmer carry weights, 2x bricks or small weights

Scaling: Modify weight as needed

Bonus Challenge: Do 10 Rounds!
