Cornè grew up in South Africa and came to the U.S. at the age of 29. She is a practicing attorney and lover of Obstacle Course Racing. Her first Spartan race was in March 2019 at the Vegas/Arizona Sprint. She's never looked back and keeps conquering obstacles and inspiring others with her infectious enthusiasm.
Tasha Overmiller is a Christian athlete from Savannah, Missouri currently living in Tigard, Oregon as an Account Manager for Recon. She ran collegiately in Track & Field and Cross Country at Northwest Missouri State University, with a personal best of 18:38 in the 5,000 meters. A multiple time Obstacle Course Racing World Championships qualifier.
Michael Lee is one of the Beast Pro Team members and has been racing OCR for over three years, mostly Spartan. He spent 2017 running the open division and the last two years running age group, with several podium finishes. He is a man of many talents as he used to be a professional yo-yo demonstrator for over 12 years as well. He's just as nice as he is fierce on the course. Meet Michael Lee!
She's a Rehabilitation Consultant in British Columbia and started racing competitively in 2018. She also competes in the Canadian Ninja League. She deals with chronic pain but it does not stop her. With OCR she has learned how to push past her limits when struggling physically and mentally. She plans to try some new race series this year and focus a little more on endurance.
Meet Mario Guiza! He has been racing since 2017 and loves finding ways to conquer new obstacles! He and his wife have two boys and are worship leaders in their church. His 2020 goals are to complete an Ultra Beast as well as a triple trifecta! ........oh yes, and no broken bones.
Meet Taylor Overmiller, one of our 2020 Beasts OCR Pro Team members. He is a Coach and Owner at Portland Outdoor Athletics. Taylor completed a full collegiate athletics career in Track and Field, and Cross Country, and earned his commission as a military Officer through the Army's Simultaneous Membership Program. He enjoys the fast pace and demands of the short courses and is thrilled to represent the Beasts OCR Pro Team in 2020!
