Let’s get together after eating all the amazing Thanksgiving food and burn off some of that fuel with the Beast 5k+. The event will go for about 3 hours, 9 to 12, but the workout will not take 3 hours, sandbags will be onsite if needed, or you can bring your own weight, your choice. Hope to see you all there
